Family Resources

MECP provides early intervention and special education support services for children birth–age 5 in Multnomah County, and connects families to additional early learning programs. 

Preschool for All offers free preschool for 3–4-year-olds living in Multnomah County and connects families to help with the application process and choosing a preschool. 

CCR&R helps families find quality child care, offers free referrals, and provides support and training to child care providers in Oregon to strengthen early learning. 

A community helpline that connects families to local resources including child care referrals, housing, food assistance, health services, and parenting supports — available in English and Spanish.

The ELD is Oregon’s state agency that supports early learning and preschool programs, promotes kindergarten readiness, and connects families with childcare resources.
